&lt;p&gt;What might be harder for me, though, is disciplining myself to set aside an hour a day or a few days a week to prepare dough for making my own bread.  After this, it makes so less sense to buy from a bakery.  This was stupidly cheap, and it needed a total of four basic, easy ingredients.  Patience is virtuous.  Discipline might be more so.&lt;/p&gt;]]></description>
