The inertia you’re maintaining is unenviable and easily familiar to me — just not this December around. Nothing has been right since the accident. Lacking inertia in December is about the only thing worse than having it and being drained by it. Or maybe grass is greener. In either case, I should stfu.

Tonight’s a great demonstration of why we have a light pollution problem. It’s bright enough to really constrict the pupils. The snow only stresses the obvious. The first picture was from a night in February just after it had snowed. Whatever I shot earlier tonight when I went to the store will either be interesting or a waste of obsolete, rare film.

This week has been the week of no sleep for me and there’s basically no end in sight for the next week as well (final take-home exam to write, possibly en français if I’m up for the challenge, and then 60 final exams to mark coming in on the 16th).
Nice pics, btw. I haven’t ventured further than my front step since stumbling home drunk from the poli-sci holiday party last night. I need a shovel. It does indeed look rather bright out there though…
