It's good to hear you are recovering, albeit slowly. I was so worried when I first heard about the accident. I'm also glad to hear about your father's visit. It's a very good sign that he is trying to patch things up.

I don't know why I didn't remember your email address while I was in hospital. It's easy enough to remember. There was no wifi at MGH, so I was using my phone (much to the huge annoyance of the acute care nazi, a bitchy shift nurse) to send out a mass emails to people abroad. I learnt to start using intarwebs on a candy bar phone. I read a lot of NY Times and The Register, since those seemed to have mobile editions that were comparable to the real thing. Fido owns me. A lot of things own me right now. :/
