that last bit with the "sorta"? screw waiting with baited buttons for that high school stunted communication you should know what i want or i can't state my wants or whatever crap, that was pathetic, esp the part where you're left hanging w/o straight up information till you see it in a livejournal post standing in for somene's half of a phone conversation? lalaluhlame. whew, the working world, incredible stuff.

Oh, hon. What the fuck is going on with all my friends? You, of all the fucking people, don't need to be given shit about this, if indeed that's what you're being given. Who knows. I don't, that's for certain.

All I do know is that you've been broke and busting your ass, like everyone I know personally, for entirely too long without any sort of good break.

If there were something I could personally do, like hire you, I would. But you could put that in one hand and shit in the other, and you'd see how much that would weigh.

Hey, I don't know if this is something you've tried or not, but are you on the Seattle Digital Devas mailing list? I see a lot of temp things come through (some of them don't seem fun, like the 3-4 week data entry assignment for $10 an hour), and I'm not sure what your standards are for contract work, but if you're not on and want the sign up info, let me know.

Also, I'm not sure what agency you're using, but if you drop me a line, maybe I can suggest some additional/alternative ones - I did the contracting thing for several years here in Seattle before going fulltime at Nordie's.

Anyway! I don't want to deluge you with info, but if you want any suggestions/thoughts, shoot me an email.
