&lt;p&gt;I hope you feel better!! Doing good deeds (and &quot;helping friend move&quot; is high on the canonical list of deeds) often bites you in the ass like this for some reason, I&#039;ve found. Somebody tried to explain to me once that this is actually how karma is -supposed- to work, for some weird non-intuitive reason. It seemed to make sense at the time, but maybe I was drunk.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Acetaminophen is your friend. (Well, at least it&#039;s my friend. Best friend. I love you, painkillers.) Rest up! Things will work out! Right?&lt;/p&gt;]]></description>
