the beauty of synchronicity.

okay, so sometimes, the most unexpected things happen.

along the way, i thought, ” ivan might already be going to pride tomorrow. and if so, i wonder if he might be ducky with the idea of passing out flyers during the parade?”

so, on the way home from svairini‘s house (no, she wasn’t around when i dropped by, so that will be dealt with later), i stopped by the club to see if ivan was around.

turns out he was. and when i approached him, i asked, “can i ask you for a flavour, and if not, can i bribe you with dinner?”

well, as it turns out, he was already planning to pass out flyers for me without my advance request. this was perfect.

so, i ran off to kinko’s and threw together several new ones in a myriad of über-bright colours, jumbled them nicely and dropped them off with ivan.

he so rocks. i’m indebted to homeboy for the next two lifetimes. barring that, i’m naming my first-born — girl or boy — after him.

braniff. believe it, baybee.

tomorrow is going to work out like a gem. the flyers get distributed to a key segment of the target market, while i get to have a south indian brunch buffet with my friend in town from tokyo until tomorrow.

c’est bon. c’est belle!
