Things I have learnt today.

1) The CIC’s turnaround time for extending permits went from 40 days to 107 days. I sent my paperwork to them 41 days ago.

3) Kodachrome was killed yesterday. I knew this yesterday, but I didn’t post yesterday. So I’m telling you today. A half-shot roll of Kodachrome 64 was in my rangefinder camera when I read the news. And now you can’t buy it anywhere, because all the hoarders are being total freakouts. The difference with hoarding this film is simple: after 31 December 2010, you can’t get it processed ever again. So shoot up or shut up.
