Practice Session #13 was recorded the day after I was gifted with a set of Sennheiser HD 25-1 II monitor headphones. The placebo effect would tell me that this practice session was tighter than most of the previous sessions (all of which used a set of Sony MDR-V700 headphones I bought back in May 2001). It actually was when things got easier to hear and to do so with less ear fatigue. By comparison, the MDR-700s felt like unpleasantly flat pancakes afterwards.
The music selection had nothing to do with headphones. Except for “Valley Girl”. IDK.
