I just baked my first-evar loaf of yeast-leavened bread.

Sweet jesus this is good. It has been every bit worth the 24-hour wait. I can’t even believe I made this. And to think it was just an experiment, because the first time is always an experiment! Win.

(So good, I even shot video of it cooling down and crackling.)
