This is a sample record — accession KT2011015 — from the Kodachrome Toronto Registry.
This sample shows the custom user interface (UI) created for the project’s data gathering. This UI was set up to facilitate easy, on-site data entry. This template will help to instruct how the online Registry’s UI will be designed. Not all fields in the final record will be viewable to all parties, such as administrative-only records (e.g, custodial contact information; private biographical data; history of changes made to the record; etc.).
